Who we are
Door IQ are independant end-to-end doorset advisors, suppliers, and installers based in Tonbridge, Kent. We can assist you with any requirement or advice required related to new or existing doorsets, including compliance, repairs, routine maintenance, or new doorsets.
Background
The business was started by husband & wife team Sam & Emily Howden - we have over a decade of experience in the commercial door sector ranging from from door design & specification, to manufacture, installation, and ongoing after sales support. We are a family business with family values and a unyielding comittment to straightforward honest service.
We observed building managers having to liaise with multiple parties to get often simple issues resolved.
For example, too often we used to see building managers having to guess if a door fault was due to the access control locking, or the door itself – whichever contractor was called out first may not be able to fix the fault if the issue was due to the other trade, and so the expense, conflict, downtime and hassle would grow.
Door IQ was established to bring all door related services under one roof – no matter the door type. We don’t want our clients to have to liaise with multiple contractors filling a niche. We want you to feel confident in our product, secure in our care before, during and after installation, knowing you only need communicate with us. No third parties, no hidden agendas.

How we achieve this
We are set up to be an end-to-end door partner, so whatever the door type we can look after it for you now and replace it when the time comes. You can have confidence in the knowledge we are independent and therefore our advice is unbiased.
No longer do you have to deal with a different provider for each different type of doorset, or negotiate the minefield of companies who are promoting a product they manufacture themselves.
